All orders placed on ca.tommy.com are shipped from our U.S. based Des Plaines, IL facility. This is a normal and expected stop while your package is in transit to Canada. Once your order arrives in Canada and is received by Purolator, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Free Shipping
ca.tommy.com offers free ground shipping on orders over $125. For your convenience, we offer flat-rate shipping which is determined by your location and preferred transit time. We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on ca.tommy.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Express service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Express, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 PM EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States where our warehouse is located.

Shipping deadlines
We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To make sure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 12:00 PM EST. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method. Note that certain items are excluded from Express shipping.
Tommy Hilfiger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. Should you wish to use this type of service, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk.
Unexpected delays
On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to contact us.
Return Policy
Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days. A flat-rate return shipping fee of CAD $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. We do not allow price adjustments on merchandise purchased on ca.tommy.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer item exchanges for online orders at this time. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must return the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
